Do you consult on portions of the event process?

Yes! We will do as little or as much as you request. Proposals and Contracts are built based on the services requested by the client. For example: if you only need us to source venues/hotels for your events we can do this for you and get you to the contract phase. We can accommodate A La Carte needs for your planning process based on your internal team.


Do you take assist in travel accommodations and transportation requests?

Yes! We can accommodate assisting your team in arranging any travel or transportation needs for your events and meetings.


Do you offer reporting for events?

Of course! We will track and manage everything in one collective document for your team to access and edit. All items are stored on a shared cloud drive and you have access to all planning documents and notes throughout our planning process. We write and manage budgets through the planning phase, manage all AV, production, show schedules, food and beverage, hotel room blocks and more. All items are kept in a master reporting document for your internal team as we plan.

Do you manage production and AV?

Absolutely!!! We have several partners we work with if you are in need to Production and Set design, execution and show flow/schedules. We also can assist in managing with your preferred production and AV company details of the event and flow. If you are in need of production/set design and AV we can provide an introduction with one of our partners to execute.

Will you manage the event on-site so our team can be focused on our business?

Yes! We will travel and on-site execute your event anywhere in the world. We manage all on-site logistics. As many as you may need handled in way of the event.
